These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) transparently and amicably govern the relationships between:

And any individual acting for strictly private purposes (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) making a purchase through the site.

These General Terms and Conditions comply with the Belgian Economic Law Code for distance selling and electronic commerce.

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which KPush.net offers and sells handcrafted textile creations, made with care, through its e-commerce site.

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).

Article 2 – Products

KPush.net offers handmade sewing items, crafted in limited editions or made to measure.

Each product is described as accurately as possible. Slight variations may exist due to the handcrafted nature of the creations, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

KPush.net reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 4 – Order

Orders are placed exclusively online at kpush.net.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices, descriptions, and specifications of the products.

KPush.net reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues or prior disputes.

An order confirmation is sent by email.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payments are made through the secure myPOS platform, which offers all available payment methods via this system (credit cards, Bancontact, etc.).

No payment via PayPal is offered at this time.

Article 6 – Delivery

All orders are delivered by Bpost to the address provided at the time of the order.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. KPush.net cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

In the event of a damaged or lost package, the Customer is invited to contact KPush.net within 48 hours so that a claim can be filed with Bpost.

Article 7 – Returns, exchanges, and vouchers

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Returned items, if in perfect condition, entitle the choice to:

  • for an exchange, or
  • to a voucher of an equivalent value to the returned item, valid on the site.

No cash refunds are issued.

Article 8 – Custom Products

Important: before confirming your custom product order, please read the description and specifications carefully. These creations are unique and cannot be returned.

Custom or personalized creations cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal, in accordance with Belgian and European law.

In the event of a dispute, cancellation, or refusal of the custom product by the Client after order validation, they will be required to pay 50% of the total amount planned for the creation, as compensation for the work already done.

Article 9 – Liability

KPush.net makes every effort to provide quality products.

KPush.net’s liability is limited to the amount of the concerned order. No indirect damage can be claimed.

Article 10 – Personal Data

At KPush.net, your data is handled with care, just like our fabrics 😄. We respect your privacy and protect it with the same attention as our handcrafted creations.

  • Data collected: name, address, email, payment information.
  • Usage: order processing, tracking, and communication with you.
  • Retention: only for the time necessary to fulfill your order and your legal rights.
  • Your rights: you can request access, rectification, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@kpush.net.
  • Sécurité : nous mettons en place des mesures techniques et organisationnelles pour que vos informations restent protégées.

We never share your personal information with third parties, except when necessary for delivery or to comply with our legal obligations.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All creations, visuals, texts, and content present on kpush.net are the exclusive property of KPush.net.

Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

Article 12 – Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law.

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be preferred before any legal action.

Failing that, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the location of the activity.

Article 13 – Acceptance

The Client acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) and accepts them before placing any order.
