Slight variations may exist due to the handcrafted nature of the creations, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 3 \u2013 Prices<\/h3>\n\n<p>Prices are indicated in euros (\u20ac), all taxes included (TTC).<\/p>\n\n<p>KPush.net reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 4 \u2013 Order<\/h3>\n\n<p>Orders are placed exclusively online at kpush.net.<\/p>\n\n<p>Any order implies acceptance of the prices, descriptions, and specifications of the products.<\/p>\n\n<p>KPush.net reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues or prior disputes.<\/p>\n\n<p>An order confirmation is sent by email.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 5 \u2013 Payment<\/h3>\n\n<p>Payment is due immediately upon ordering.<\/p>\n\n<p>Payments are made through the secure myPOS platform, which offers all available payment methods via this system (credit cards, Bancontact, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<p>No payment via PayPal is offered at this time.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 6 \u2013 Delivery<\/h3>\n\n<p>All orders are delivered by Bpost to the address provided at the time of the order.<\/p>\n\n<p>Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. KPush.net cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. <\/p>\n\n<p>In the event of a damaged or lost package, the Customer is invited to contact KPush.net within 48 hours so that a claim can be filed with Bpost.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 7 \u2013 Returns, exchanges, and vouchers<\/h3>\n\n<p>Returns are accepted within 14 days from the receipt of the order.<\/p>\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n<p>Returned items, if in perfect condition, entitle the choice to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for an exchange, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to a voucher of an equivalent value to the returned item, valid on the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>No cash refunds are issued.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 8 \u2013 Custom Products<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Important: before confirming your custom product order, please read the description and specifications carefully. These creations are unique and cannot be returned. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Custom or personalized creations cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal, in accordance with Belgian and European law.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the event of a dispute, cancellation, or refusal of the custom product by the Client after order validation, they will be required to pay 50% of the total amount planned for the creation, as compensation for the work already done.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 9 \u2013 Liability<\/h3>\n\n<p>KPush.net makes every effort to provide quality products.<\/p>\n\n<p>KPush.net&#8217;s liability is limited to the amount of the concerned order. No indirect damage can be claimed. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 10 \u2013 Personal Data<\/h3>\n\n<p>At KPush.net, your data is handled with care, just like our fabrics \ud83d\ude04.
